Early bird registration is open through February 15, 2026. Registration closes on February 27, 2026. Please note that your membership must be active through March 8th to receive the member rate. Please dress in layers. We do our best to accommodate everyone's need for comfort.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email on or before February 15, 2026. Refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2026.
