Share Your Work! Call for Poster Presentations

Have you tried something new in your school health practice or led a project that’s making a real difference for students? We want to hear about it! This year, MASHN is inviting school nurses to share their work through poster presentations at our conference. It’s a great way to inspire colleagues.

To apply, email mdschoolnurses@gmail.com with:

  • Poster title and abstract (250 words max) — tell us what you did, how, and what you learned.

  • Intended audience — who will benefit most from your project?

  • Three peer-reviewed references

Posters can include collaborators from other professions, but a school nurse must be part of the team. A school nurse on the poster must attend the conference and be available for the Poster Q&A session.

Deadlines:

  • Submit by: November 20, 2025

  • Acceptance notifications: December 31, 2025
