The University of Maryland Baltimore is offering a free online training for school wellness champions. Join us as we make schools a healthier place for students and staff in Maryland. Are you passionate about promoting physical activity and healthy eating in your school? Do you want your school to be a healthy environment for everyone? Well, then you should enroll in the free online Wellness Champions for Change Course!

This online course will provide you with the tools, resources, and support necessary for you to become a champion of wellness at your school. You can participate in this course whether your school is in-person, using the hybrid model, or completely virtual. For participating in this course, you will receive one continuing education credit at no cost by completing a minimum of 15 hours and turning in a final portfolio displaying all the healthy changes you were able to create in your school. If you are interested, you can enroll here. This year we are accepting 100 participants, so sign up quickly before spots run out! Registration is open through December 7th.
