I am pleased to announce that we are transitioning to Association Headquarters (AH) as the management company for NBCSN beginning July 15, 2018. AH is a leader in the field of association management. For the past 40 years, AH has been dedicated to working with professional certification organizations.
Our new account manager is Theresa "TC" Field-Bobroski, CAE. TC will oversee the management of NBCSN and the needs of our NCSNs and applicants. Below is our customer service contact information beginning July 15, 2018.

The transition includes upgrading to a new data management and learning platform that will allow us to provide improved, user-friendly certification and recertification programs. The required software transition will result in a systems interruption that will not allow you to access your NCSN account to recertify or enter continuing education credits. The systems upgrade will begin July 13, 1 PM Mountain Time and be complete in early August.
Please note: If you are unable to recertify due to this systems interruption, your certification will not lapse and you will not incur a late fee. However, it is important to complete your recertification credits within your recertification cycle. Any delay with submitting your recertification application because of the systems interruption does not extend the time you have to complete your recertification requirements.
